So It happened.......we have expanded the gym. ​

Although we no longer have YOGA, NIA and Country Heat we will continue to have HIIT Class and will soon be introducing a new class, R.I.P.P.E.D

 HIIT, high intensity interval training is a training technique in which you give all-out, quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time and can be done by EVERYONE!
