Another Session of HIIT class starting new week....

High intensity interval training - HIIT, is a training technique in which you give all-out, quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time and can be done by EVERYONE! 

We will use bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, ropes and much more to help achieve your goals! 

If you cannot do a certain workout, we WILL scale it for you to still get a great FUN workout in!
