    Summer Classes include:
 R.I.P.P.E.D: The One Stop Body Shock fitness system is a total body workout that puts the FUN in Functional athetic based training. The formula combination of Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet requiress the body to respond to the constantly changing format within the session, offers ultimate results in a minimal time.

Cardio Blast: This class is a high volume low resistance workout with short rest intervals and is geared primarily at improving muscle tone and definition, while improving cardiovascular fitness. Easily modifiable for all levels.

H.I.I.T: high intensity interval training is a training technique in which you give all-out, quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time and can be done by EVERYONE!
