HIIT is a full-body workout. The class is a rigourous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. it builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.

CIRCUIT BLAST
    This class is a high volume low resistance workout with short rest intervals and is geared primarily at improving muscle tone and definition, while improving cardiovascular fitness. Easily modifiable for all levels.
