Adult Yoga Class: Awaken your inner spirit in a gentle Hatha Yoga class that combines postures with breathing techniques and meditation to create relaxation, strengthening and restoration. This class is designed for all levels of experience with an emphasis on welcoming the beginning Yoga student.

Kids’ Yoga: Children are natural Yogis and benefit in countless ways from moving energy through their bodies and bringing calmness into their minds. This class combines the use of music, breath work and yoga based movements to enhance language development, core strengthening, sensory integration, balance and self-esteem. Casey has extensive experience in working with students with Special Needs and she has specialized training to provide them with a safe yoga experience. Children, teens and young adults (who are young at heart) of all abilities are welcome to attend this playful class.

Nia: Tones your mind and tunes your body. Each workout brings mindfulness to your dance movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced. Nia cardio-dance workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to get you fit in 60 minutes - body, mind, emotion, and spirit. It is practiced barefoot, non-impact, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities. Classes are taught by licensed Nia teachers.

Pilates: Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Exercise designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. 

Zumba: An intense new way to enhance the fitness-party thrill! Instructors who enroll to become licensed in this Zumba Sentao will strengthen, balance and stabilize the core, and step up cardio work in a whole new way.

Tai Chai: A progressive class where you will learn different forms to help relieve arthritis pain, improve your balance and experience relaxation. 

HIIT (high-intensity interval training) - a training technique in which you give all-out, quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time and can be done by EVERYONE!  We will use bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, ropes and much more to help achieve your goals! If you cannot do a certain workout, we WILL scale it for you to still get a great FUN workout in!
